Reminder of some of Sandy Shores Beach House House Rules: 1.) All guests must be at least 8 years old. The guest booking the home must be at least 25 years old. 2.) There is absolutely NO SMOKING / VAPING (of any kind) allowed on this property. Violators of this house rule will be charged a fee. 3.) No pets are allowed. 4.) No parties or events may be hosted at this home. 5.) Only the 1-4 individuals confirmed to stay at the home are allowed to stay overnight at the home. 6.) Do not wash sand/grease or other non-liquid materials down any of the drains in the home. Please shake the sand out of towels and linens before bringing into the home and before placing into the washing machine. We have an outdoor foot wash to assist with sand removal. 7.) Do not use glitter, confetti, dyes, or open flame items (such as candles) in the home. 8.) No professional photography / videography sessions are allowed (including for events such as weddings, showers, etc.). 9.)  If the electricity goes out (a common occurrence in the USVI), do not run any water, flush toilets, etc.  This could cause water pump issues and result in not having water when the electricity comes back on. This home is monitored with 3 exterior cameras.

We had a great time at Royal Sands Beach House! It was the perfect homebase for all of our island adventuring. The house itself was beautiful and spacious for our family of four. It was easy to make ourselves at home and we slept well on the comfy beds. Having the beach right out, the back door was awesome! The only thing that made it better was all of the snorkel and beach gear that was provided with the rental. 10 out of 10 this rental did not disappoint in anyway and our host made everything easy for us, coming and going.

This house was wonderful. Exactly as described and pictured. There was everything we could have needed and more. We came via air so we had limits on liquids. Anything you could imagine or need was there. It was the first vacation we ever took that I didn’t have to purchase any supplies. Before we left I messaged and asked about outlets for both side of the bed for our medical devices (CPAP). We heard back immediately and upon arrival there were extension/ USB cords waiting for us. We had a stress-free, relaxing time and would return in a heartbeat. 💓

This place is pricey but worth it. You basically get your very own private beach with wonderful snorkeling just a quick swim from shore. Within walking distance to the Frederiksted Pier and Rainbow Beach, this spot is prime if you’re looking to spend a lot of time enjoying the ocean. We loved the huge iguanas that came to chill in the yard with us! The kitchen came with just about every cooking dish and gadget you could possibly need, which is a huge plus if you like DIY meals. We didn’t have to go out to eat even once while we stayed here. The place is well equipped with beach chairs, loungers, snorkel gear, water shoes, and towels, too. Sharifa was prompt and responsive every time I had a question. My only gripe about this place is the late check-in and early check out. Most places allow 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check out, but this one is 4:00 and 10:00, so you lose two hours. Other than that, this place is truly awesome, and I highly recommend it!

This place is awesome! The screened in porch was fantastic. Slept a few nights on the porch listening to the ocean waves. Every morning, we drank our coffee on the beach, a few steps from the house! They provided beach chairs, extra snorkels and mask, beach shoes, beach floats. Yes, you need a rental car to explore the island. This trip was a graduation gift to our highschool kiddos and I am so glad we decided to spend a little bit more and stay here. We all LOVED this place.

We had an exceptional stay at the Royal Sands Beach House. The beachfront location provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, with the sound of the waves and morning coffee on the porch becoming daily highlights. The host was outstanding, having thoughtfully provided every detail to enhance our experience — from a well-stocked coffee bar to beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, and water shoes. This property is impeccably maintained and thoroughly equipped for a comfortable and memorable stay. We highly recommend it.

We spent our honeymoon in St Croix and wanted a private and beautiful place. The house was that and more. There are no words to describe the beauty of the house and the beach view. The porch has screens so you don’t have to worry about bugs. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. Having coffee in the mornings and dinners on the porch with beach view was so magical. We also enjoyed dinners in Fredericksted and Christiansted. There was AC in the room so we stayed cool even though the house does not have AC in the main rooms. The fans in the main rooms worked great. We enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs on the beach, floating on the water and snorkeling off the beach from the house. We were a mile from the pier where we scuba dived. Our host was amazing and was super responsive and very helpful during our stay. Our host provided everything we needed from towels to floats to snorkel gear. It was the perfect honeymoon! We can not wait to come back!

Beautiful, well cared for beach front home in lovely tropical surroundings. Loved the little touches such as beach bags and coffee bar. Fully appointed kitchen and thoughtful, comfortable living area and bedrooms. Stunning ocean view and nice private beach with excellent snorkeling very close to shore. The Royal Beach House in St. Croix is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view—truly a paradise setting. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for snorkeling, making it so easy to enjoy the crystal-clear waters right at your doorstep. It’s also incredibly quiet, offering the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable linens, making it feel like home. Sharifa, the host, was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense of comfort. Take a trip to Monks Bath, SandyPoint Beach, Christensen, and Cane Bay Beach. We honestly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return. This is by far the most relaxing spot we’ve ever stayed at! Highly recommend!

Our stay far exceeded our expectations, everything was so wonderful! Town was close, beaches were amazing, snorkeling was fun at the pier. The house had a screened in porch which was great when the mosquitoes came out to play. We found things much cheaper on Christiansted which was a 20 minute drive away. People were extremely friendly, we felt comfortable walking around. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The house was perfect, nice breezes if you didn’t want air. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms had A/C. You can sleep on the porch and listen to the waves if you want. The waves crashing are awesome, you hear them even with all the doors closed. We can’t wait to visit again, you won’t be disappointed with this property!

This was our third trip to St. Croix for my wife and I, and this one was the best! The beach house was amazing!!! The view was perfect, and you can't get any closer to the water without getting wet. There was plenty of room, and the private stretch of beach was perfect. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the porch, and spent most days in the sand, often searching for sea glass. Sometimes we would place our beach chairs under the shade tree on the beach and just enjoy the view while listening to the waves. It is truly paradise. The house has everything you need, We thought we would be venturing out more than we did, but the home is so great we stayed home and enjoyed the lazy days. It is a great way to relax and de-stress. We had an issue where we came in from the beach and found we had no water in the house. I messaged Sharifa and within 2 hours we had water restored. Our vacation was fantastic and we hope to return there soon!!!
