The individual booking this reservation must be at least 25 years old. Note to travelers with children: This home hosts children age 5 and older only. There will be absolutely NO SMOKING / VAPING (of any kind) on this property. No pets are allowed. No parties or events may be hosted at this home. Only the 1-8 individuals who are booked at this home are allowed to stay overnight at the home. Please do not flush baby wipes down the toilet. Please place them in trash cans. Children should not use the pool or be near the pool without adult supervision. Please do not use glass in the pool area. Any child or adult who is incontinent must wear sealed swim diapers and place plastic/rubber pants designed for swimming over their swim diaper. Please do not use the pool if infected with an infectious disease. NO DIVING at the pool.
