The guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old. All guests must be at least 18 years old. The full name of all guests must be provided at the time of booking. There is absolutely NO SMOKING / VAPING (of any kind) allowed on this property. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the patio, balcony or in the condo. Violators of this house rule will be charged a fee. No pets are allowed. No parties or events may be hosted at the condo. Only the 1-2 individuals who booked the condo are allowed to stay overnight at the condo.

🏖️ Beach essentials provided: beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, snorkel gear 🤿, and coolers. ✈️ Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) is approximately 10 miles 🚗 from the condo — about a 25-minute drive 🕒. 🚫 Lyft & Uber are not available on St. Croix. 🚕 A similar ride service called VI Hail is available on the island. 🚘 We recommend renting a car for the most convenient way to explore. 🛡️ We also recommend adding Airbnb’s travel insurance at the time of booking for extra peace of mind ✅.

🛋️ Guests will have access to the entire condo, the pool area, and 🧺 laundry facilities. The condo is on the top floor of a 2 level building. Guests must walk up 7 steps to get to the walkway leading to the front door of the condo.
