Reminder of some of Royal Sand Beach House Rules: 1.) All guests must be at least 8 years old. The guest booking the home must be at least 25 years old. 2.) There is absolutely NO SMOKING / VAPING (of any kind) allowed on this property. Violators of this house rule will be charged a fee. 3.) No pets are allowed. 4.) No parties or events may be hosted at this home. 5.) Only the 1-4 individuals confirmed to stay at the home are allowed to stay overnight at the home. 6.) Do not wash sand/grease or other non-liquid materials down any of the drains in the home. Please shake the sand out of towels and linens before bringing into the home and before placing into the washing machine. We have an outdoor shower to assist with sand removal. 7.) Do not use glitter, confetti, dyes, or open flame items (such as candles) in the home. 8.) No professional photography / videography sessions are allowed (including for events such as weddings, showers, etc.). 9.) If the electricity goes out (a common occurrence in the USVI), do not run any water, flush toilets, etc. This could cause water pump issues and result in not having water when the electricity comes back on. Note: Royal Sandy Beach House has a generator that should come on automatically within a few minutes after a power outage and power the entire home. However, please follow this rule if the electricity does not immediately come back on with the generator. This home is monitored with 2 exterior door entrance cameras.
