We loved our time at SeaClusion! The condo was well stocked and the location just doesn’t get any better on the island. Centrally located with incredible beaches and snorkeling everywhere you turn. We LOVED the view and the sounds from the porch. So soothing!

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect right on the water with plenty of beach essentials provided. It’s just a short drive to Frederiksted, yet tucked just outside of town so it feels secluded, peaceful, and cozy. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Amazing stay! The place was spotless and fully stocked, truly locked and loaded with everything you could possibly need. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the beach is just steps away. At night, it’s magical to sit by the water and look up at the stars. Such a wonderful spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend! We will be back!

What a beautiful, peaceful location on the north shore at Cane Bay!! Perfect spot to stay on our first trip to STX, being close by to AMA was wonderful (great eats!), the hike to the Annaly Bay Tidal Pools was nearby, and snorkeling at cane bay was right there.. the porch has an amazing view of the ocean and the on-site pool was just splendid.

The absolute best part of our trip. The bed was a TRUE king. Everything worked! (Internet, etc). The pool was awesome. Everything was very clean! View was awesome and very enjoyable.

The Royal Sand Beach House is exactly as advertised. Peaceful, private, easy access to downtown Frederiksted with restaurants, pier diving and gorgeous beaches. Short walk to rainbow beach. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, even a chess board. The porch is a great place to spend the evening with a drink watching the sunset. We found good snorkeling about 75-100 yards out to the northwest of the house with gardens of soft corals, reef fish and barracuda. Sharifa is such a great host, friendly, responsive and always helpful. She made this our best Airbnb experience yet!

We had an amazing time! House is very comfortable, walking distance to Rainbow Beach where you can rent kayaks, jet skis, go the the restaurant, Sandy beach right at your doorstep, great communication with the rental agency and Sharifa, everything was perfect! We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. the house was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was very clean and the A/C units in each room cooled the house down well. Kitchen had everything needed to cook or BBQ. The snorkel gear was well taken care of and came in handy. The beach was right off the back porch and was basically a private beach. water was gorgeous. A bar and restaurant, Rhythms, was a short walk down the beach and had very good food. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I have rented this home. It could not be more perfect from the view to the amenities. This is the only house I want to stay at in St Croix. There is not one thing I would change.... not a one! Thank you so much to the owner of this home for sharing it with us.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The waterfront location was breathtaking, with sunsets that felt like a painting. It was such a peaceful place, and I loved falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves each night. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home. We left feeling relaxed and recharged, and we can’t wait to come back!
