Sharifa was very responsive and left clear instructions for the condo on the sea. This place is awesome, one of the best views, locations and sounds you'll find in St. Croix, repeat visitors confirmed this. Easy to navigate east or west on the island and many access points for off roading, must have a jeep for off roading but not getting to and around condo. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room to add our belongings, the porch is fabulous, inside is a perfect size for 2, parking was close by, and the pool was the winner. If I ever make it back to St. Croix, I will defiantly choose OceanBreeze, because it is exactly that. Thanks, Sharifa for offering your bit of paradise to us, hope to visit again.

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for multiple generations to enjoy their stay and it was a great house to relax in after a day on the beach. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Royal Sands Beach House! It was the perfect homebase for all of our island adventuring. The house itself was beautiful and spacious for our family of four. It was easy to make ourselves at home and we slept well on the comfy beds. Having the beach right out, the back door was awesome! The only thing that made it better was all of the snorkel and beach gear that was provided with the rental. 10 out of 10 this rental did not disappoint in anyway and our host made everything easy for us, coming and going.

This house was wonderful. Exactly as described and pictured. There was everything we could have needed and more. We came via air so we had limits on liquids. Anything you could imagine or need was there. It was the first vacation we ever took that I didn’t have to purchase any supplies. Before we left I messaged and asked about outlets for both side of the bed for our medical devices (CPAP). We heard back immediately and upon arrival there were extension/ USB cords waiting for us. We had a stress-free, relaxing time and would return in a heartbeat. 💓

Beautiful oceanfront condo! Breathtaking views! Fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. One minute drive to Cane Bay and convenient to other activities and sights. Clean pool and deck, lovely and welcoming neighbors. Thank you for making my birthday week enjoyable! We would love to book again next year.

This place is pricey but worth it. You basically get your very own private beach with wonderful snorkeling just a quick swim from shore. Within walking distance to the Frederiksted Pier and Rainbow Beach, this spot is prime if you’re looking to spend a lot of time enjoying the ocean. We loved the huge iguanas that came to chill in the yard with us! The kitchen came with just about every cooking dish and gadget you could possibly need, which is a huge plus if you like DIY meals. We didn’t have to go out to eat even once while we stayed here. The place is well equipped with beach chairs, loungers, snorkel gear, water shoes, and towels, too. Sharifa was prompt and responsive every time I had a question. My only gripe about this place is the late check-in and early check out. Most places allow 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check out, but this one is 4:00 and 10:00, so you lose two hours. Other than that, this place is truly awesome, and I highly recommend it!

This place is awesome! The screened in porch was fantastic. Slept a few nights on the porch listening to the ocean waves. Every morning, we drank our coffee on the beach, a few steps from the house! They provided beach chairs, extra snorkels and mask, beach shoes, beach floats. Yes, you need a rental car to explore the island. This trip was a graduation gift to our highschool kiddos and I am so glad we decided to spend a little bit more and stay here. We all LOVED this place.

We had an exceptional stay at the Royal Sands Beach House. The beachfront location provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, with the sound of the waves and morning coffee on the porch becoming daily highlights. The host was outstanding, having thoughtfully provided every detail to enhance our experience — from a well-stocked coffee bar to beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, and water shoes. This property is impeccably maintained and thoroughly equipped for a comfortable and memorable stay. We highly recommend it.

We spent our honeymoon in St Croix and wanted a private and beautiful place. The house was that and more. There are no words to describe the beauty of the house and the beach view. The porch has screens so you don’t have to worry about bugs. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. Having coffee in the mornings and dinners on the porch with beach view was so magical. We also enjoyed dinners in Fredericksted and Christiansted. There was AC in the room so we stayed cool even though the house does not have AC in the main rooms. The fans in the main rooms worked great. We enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs on the beach, floating on the water and snorkeling off the beach from the house. We were a mile from the pier where we scuba dived. Our host was amazing and was super responsive and very helpful during our stay. Our host provided everything we needed from towels to floats to snorkel gear. It was the perfect honeymoon! We can not wait to come back!

Beautiful, well cared for beach front home in lovely tropical surroundings. Loved the little touches such as beach bags and coffee bar. Fully appointed kitchen and thoughtful, comfortable living area and bedrooms. Stunning ocean view and nice private beach with excellent snorkeling very close to shore. Very welcoming and responsive host. Highly recommend!!
